Cookies and local storage
Last updated 10 October 2026
Kairoq uses only the cookies and browser storage it needs to work. It does not use advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies, and does not share what is stored with anyone. This page is part of the Privacy Policy. Version 2026-10-10.
1. What is stored
| Name | Type | What it's for | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sign-in session (sb-…-auth-token) | Cookie | Keeps you signed in after you log in. Set by our authentication provider. | Until you sign out or the session expires |
| kairo-theme | Local storage | Remembers light or dark mode. | Until you clear it |
| Table layouts, saved views, deals view | Local storage | Remembers how you like lists, columns and the deals board arranged on this device. | Until you clear it |
| kairo.login-failures, kairo.reset-requests | Session storage | Slows the sign-in and password-reset forms after repeated attempts, so a mistyped password isn't hammered. | This browser tab only |
2. Why there is no cookie banner
Everything above is strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for, or a preference you set, so no consent is needed. If we ever add anything optional, such as analytics, we'll ask first and list it here.
3. Third parties on public pages
Our sign-up and public forms may load Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots; it sets what it needs for that check only. Payment pages for subscriptions load Razorpay's checkout, which has its own policy. Neither is used to track you across sites.
4. Your choices
You can clear cookies and storage in your browser at any time; you'll be signed out and preferences reset. Blocking the sign-in cookie means you can't sign in.
