Prices are per workspace, before GST. Yearly plans are paid once a year at ten months' price. Usage above a plan's allowance is billed at the end of the month; admins get alerts at 80% and 100%.
Pricing questions
Is the AI agent an extra cost?
No. Every plan includes the AI agent and every feature. Plans differ only in how many people can use them and how much AI, email tracking and storage is included.
Are prices per user?
No. Prices are per workspace, before GST, and each plan covers everyone up to its user limit. Pay monthly, or pay for a year at once and get 10% off.
What are AI tokens?
Tokens measure how much text the AI reads and writes. Every answer, email draft, research brief and call analysis uses some. Admins see usage per person in Settings and can set a limit for each member.
What happens if we use more than our plan includes?
Usage above a plan's allowance is billed at the end of the month. Admins get an alert at 80% and again at 100%, so nothing comes as a surprise.
Do we need a card for the trial?
No. The 7-day trial needs no card. When it ends the workspace is frozen until an admin chooses a plan: nothing is deleted, your data is kept for 90 days, and you can still export it.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes. An owner or admin cancels from Settings, under Billing. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for, isn't renewed after that, and can be kept again any time before it ends. Only admins can see or change billing.
Do you give refunds?
A period that has started isn't refunded for partial use. If you were charged in error or twice, tell us within 30 days and we'll refund it to the original payment method.
